Welcome to Jiiqal Itqān Global Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

Enrollment and Classes 

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual. Class schedules will be agreed upon and communicated in advance.

 

Fees and Payments 

All fees must be paid as agreed (termly). Payments are non-refundable once classes have commenced, except under special circumstances approved by the academy.

 

Rescheduling and Missed Classes 

Students are expected to inform the academy ahead of time if they will miss a class. Rescheduling may be arranged where possible, but it is not guaranteed.

 

Code of Conduct 

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes. Any form of misconduct may lead to suspension or termination.

 

Online Learning Requirements 

Students must ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment to benefit fully from the classes.

 

Teacher Assignment 

The academy reserves the right to assign or change teachers when necessary to maintain quality and consistency.

Termination of Service 

The academy reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of non-compliance with these terms.

 

Changes to Terms 

These terms may be updated when necessary. Continued use of our services means acceptance of any updates.
